What Can I Expect From My Visit?

The first step is for Dr. Carlos Lopez and the Riggs Family dental team to remove the decay and shape the tooth for a perfect fit inside the crown. A wand will be used to take digital photos of your tooth inside your mouth.
Advanced computer software will create a 3D model of the tooth using those photos. The 3D model is then sent to another machine in our office that will create the shape of a crown from a piece of ceramic.
This entire process of creating a crown in the dental practice can take less than 15 minutes!
